Transcription: Now when the fire took place in the Capitol in 1814, on August the 24th, 1814, it took five years to refurbish and remodel and redo the building so that the Congress could meet again. In that period of time, the Congress moved to a building that's now very much where the Supreme Court is across the East Plaza here, and was known as the brick Capitol.
